Take two pieces whole grain bread and spread one of them with cream cheese and the other with a berry or peach jam. Close into a sandwich.
Take two eggs and mix with approximately 1/2 cup milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Dip both sides of bread into milk/egg mixture and grill on hot griddle or pan. When both sides are brown, remove from heat and lay on plate. Spread butter on side that 's up and then serve with warm syrup. Serve with any meat side such as sausages, bacon or ham. |
